Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

a. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from nellaisystems.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product within [X] days from the date of delivery.

c. All returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

2. Refunds

a. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
